Rebecca Rebecca an intern of Marks is Bridgets main rival for his affections. With Legs upto here shes an extreamly attractive woman However in the movie Bridget is suprised to learn who Rebecca really has the hots for. An excellent skier (her family have been coming skiing since she was 11) she seems to always have a way with words and be in the right place at the right time for eveybody apart from Bridget that is.



Tom Tom another of Bridgets closes friends. Was once a one hit wonder in the charts. Total Puff as Bridget puts it he retired from music after he discovered that one hit was quite enough to get him laid for the rest of his life.

James Callis Born in London in 1971 he attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts. In 1996 he was awarded the Jack Tinker award for most promising newcomer for he role in Old Wicked Songs

His numerous TV Credits include Battlestar Galactica and Helen Of Troy and he counts Surety and Beginners Luck which he wrote and Directed amongst his film roles.


Jude Best friend of bridget and head of investment at Britlings bank. Although she spends most of her time in the loo crying over her boyfriend.

Shirley Henderson The eldest of three sisters Henderson was born in the village of Kincardine in Fife. Her first break came when she sang on the Opportunity Knocks TV talent program. She attended Londons Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has performed on stage with Englands National Theatre company which led to a role on the TV drama Hamish Mcbeth

Henderson has appeared in many films including 24 Hour Party People and Trainspotting.


Sally Phillips -- Shazza Shazza Shazza Another friend of Bridgets she like to swear... alot. Went with Bridget to Thailand and was given a snake bowl by Jed to take home. Unfortunatly for Bridget Shazzas suitcase was full and she offered to carry it through customs for her a decision she later lived to regret.

Sally Phillips Born in Hong Kong in 1970 Sally Phillips Graduated from Oxford university with a 1st Class Degree in Italian Starting off in TV her big break came when she stared as Laura in Holding the Baby and then a role as Sophie the Receptionist alongside Steve Coogan in Im Alan Partridge cemented her place in history.


David Verrey -- Giles Bentwick Giles Bentwick Giles is a partner at Mark Darcys law firm. Good friend of Marks is divorced from his wife and to be truthful hasnt fully got over it.

David Verrey David Verrey has stared in several films ad TV series most notably appeared as Joseph Green (Deputy Prime Minister whose body was stolen by the slitheen touse as a disguise) in the latest incarnation of the Doctor Who series.
